What are the delivery charges for orders?

Delivery charges for orders depends on your location. We often ship items separately, but only charge you the shipping rate once during checkout.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards. Unfortunately, we do not accept checks, cash, money orders, or other methods of payment.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery depends on the item. Most of the time, we can ship within a week, but some items we craft specially per order and those may take longer. We will keep you up to date with expected processing and shipping days.

How secure is shopping? Is my data protected?

We are a PCI-compliant e-commerce store housed on a standalone and locked down server. We do not store any credit card information on site. We do not share or sell any information that you provide us with. We take security and data privacy very seriously.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once an order comes through, we will review and begin to process immediately. At certain times we need to produce product in batches, which can put a delay on orders. If this is the case, we will let you know.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?
